Ordering: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Wire Transfers also Accepted.
Shipping is actual cost. We DO recycle! Instead of a new box like you will get from most companies, there is a 99% or more chance you will get a box that has been recycled from us.
To order from our site, simply browse the categories at the left until you find the item you want. Click the "Add" button and follow the prompts. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Check Out" button. You will need to enter credit card info and your shipping address to complete the order process. If you prefer not to order via the web, please call us at 920.766.9332.
Duty, Taxes, and Customs: If you live outside the USA you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country.
( We do not lower the value of packages we ship for customs declarations. ) All prices and specs subject to change without notice.

Return Policy: Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 7 days. To return an item you must call Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from Badger Graphic Sales, Inc. is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature / instructions / documentation and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Badger Graphic Sales, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. ( If any of the above conditions are not met, Badger Graphic Sales reserves the right to either refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of not less than 15%.) Perishable items such as photographic film and paper or chemicals are not returnable.
Special Order: are Non-Returnable and can not be cancelled. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order.
No RETURNS will be accepted WITHOUT AN RMA # : No Returns or Exchanges Will be Made After 7 Days.
Claims: All damage claims via Public Carriers must be noted on the delivery receipt. All notices must be filed within 7 days after the goods are received. Claims need to be filed direct with carrier, we will offer assistance as requested.
Consignment Sales: Consignment sales accepted. 20% Commission of final selling price taken.
